(This is probably gonna be creepy)
There was affection going on between you and his counterpart and he. Didn't. Like. It. Not one bit.
He was watching from his shadows, unseen, a look of disgust on his face.
His horrible copy of himself, Link, widely known as the Hero of Time, was holding you in his arms, laughing at your jokes, and kissing every inch of your face.
He was disgusted. Not by you, but by him.
He wanted to be the one to kiss you senseless, to kiss every strand of your beautiful hair, to kiss every inch of your gorgeous face, he wanted to be holding you in his arms, he wanted to laugh at your jokes, he wanted you to love him.
Why did you have to pick goody two shoes 'Mr. I'm A Hero' over himself? He was the exact same Link, no, he was a better Link!
And he was going to prove that to you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
At last, you were finally alone. You had gone on a trip to Hyrule Castle Town, as you both lived in the castle courtesy of Zelda, and Link wasn't with you.
He was going to start his plan to have you now.
He pretended he was mindlessly strolling through town, and bumped into you on purpose. You nearly tripped up, but he caught you by wrapping his arms around your torso. God, he was pushing back every part of his soul that wanted to kiss you right now.
You stood up, picking up anything you had dropped before looking up at him. "O-oh, Dark Link, right?" You said nervously. "I'm sorry, this is my fault--"
"It's fine, and please, just call me Link." He said with a slight smile. It hurt him when you called him Dark Link. Please, he could be Link too! Why'd he have to be called Dark Link?
"Listen, before you go, I'd like to ask you something." He said, and you tilted your head in confusion. You looked so cute when you did that.
"I...would like to invite you for dinner. Just me and you." He said.
Your eyebrows furrowed. "Wait, why not Link? My Link?" You asked. He tried not to growl; HE was your Link, not that sad excuse.
"Don't worry, I know that you're taken, but I'd just like to get to know you better. As a friend." He said, holding out a hand.
"Won't you at least shake on it?"
You stared at his hand before slowly raising you own to meet yours. "Why not? Might as well know the other Link there is."
You smiled, and his heart raced. Your soft skin against his own felt like a miracle, if you could call it that. Your smile could make a field of flowers grow.
"So what time?" You asked.
"Hmm...how about nine?" He said.
"Okay. I'll meet you at your place." You smiled.
"I'd like our dinner to be fancy, so if you don't mind dressing nicely for the occasion?" He asked, grinning slightly.
"Uh...okay!" You said, before waving and walking away.
He smirked.
"Now I just need to find our dinner." He said, before walking away from the town and towards the castle, taking a different route than you.
Link fastened his sword and shield to his back before saddling up to his horse Epona.
"Listen, Zelda, I'm going out to do some hunting. I want to have a special dinner with (Name) tonight. If she asks, please tell her. I don't want her getting worried." He said, smiling at her.
"Of course Link." She said before walking back towards the castle.
~~~~~Time skip because I'm lazy~~~~~~
Link had fastened Epona's saddle to a tree using a rope. She patiently stayed there whilst he went out looking for animals for dinner.
Little did he know that another certain Link had shown up and silently killed the horse by slitting it's throat when he wasn't looking.
Epona cried in pain before falling to the ground in her own pile of blood.
"Hey girl, let's head--" Link paused in his tracks. He dropped the duck he was carrying. (Idk it was near a lake or something) He stared down at the dead horse.
"..Epona?" He barely whispered before he felt a hand cover his mouth with an odd-smelling cloth that made him feel drowsy.
"Shh...it'll be over before you even know it." A harsh voice whispered before knocking Link unconscious.

Once you arrived back at the castle, your thoughts were still on Dark Link. Why did he want to invite you to dinner? He wasn't planning on killing you, was he? Or hurting you? No, of course not. Even though he was Dark Link, he seemed like a fairly nice guy.
Your thoughts were clouded over when you noticed Link wasn't in the castle.
"He went out hunting a few hours ago. I don't understand why he isn't back yet." Zelda informed you. "But I wouldn't worry."
"Okay. Thank you for letting me know." You said before going up to the room you and Link shared. You noticed the time was 8:30. You had 30 minutes to get ready for Dark Link's 'date'
You wore a simple white dress that had sleeves that went down on your wrists and the dress ended just below your ankles. You rode on a horse to the place that he wanted to meet you. A small, abandoned house in the middle of the forest. Once you arrived, he welcomed you in with open arms.
"It's lovely to see you, (Name)." He said, showing you to his dining room. A small shiver went up your spine when he purred your name, and you couldn't tell if you liked it or not.
He already had dinner set up; a small table with a big silver dish that was being covered right now and two glasses of a scarlet drink that looked like wine. You sat down opposite him and took a small sip of your drink.
"...This wine tastes different than any other wine I've had." You said, furrowing your eyebrows.
"It's my own creation." He said, maybe too quickly.
You nodded slightly. "So, what's for dinner?" You asked. He smirked before lifting up the cover of the dish in the center of the table.
Your eyes widened, and you dropped your glass. There, on the dish, was Link's severed head. His lifeless grey-blue eyes stared straight at you. He had a look of terror on his face, as if he was halfway through a scream.
"And you, will be mine." He said before standing up and grabbing your wrists before you could do anything.
~~~~~~~~~~
You howled in pain as the chains on your wrists cut into your skin.
"Why did you make me drink his blood?! Why did you kill him?!" You screamed.
"Because I wanted you to be mine! I was disgusted by him kissing you, I wanted that to be me!" He said, his breath warm on your face.
"Now, if you cooperate with me, everything will be harmless." He said before kissing you again, leaving your lips sore.
He kept you locked away from everyone else, he made you look at Link's rotting head every day, every day he would kiss you, do terrible things to you.
And there was nothing you could do.
Admit it {Dark Link X Reader}
“Tell me you hate it here.”
His irises were a fiery red, but his eyes were as cold as ice.
It scared you to look into those eyes, those eyes you knew had the capability to be caring, gentle and even happy.
It scared you how close your bodies were, just a hair’s width away from each other- close enough to feel the heat emanate off of the shadow being.
It scared you how scared you were.
One of the arms beside your head slammed against the wall again, making you flinch and cower away from Dark Link’s scalding gaze.
“Tell me you regret this.”
His voice was low but threatening, harsh yet oddly calm.
For a long time, you were left alone in Dark Link's room, the only company you had were the thoughts that swum in your head.
To say you were distraught was an understatement.
What was Ganondorf's problem?
What was Dark Link's problem?
Why were their problems becoming your problems?
What was your problem?
You shook the dizzying thoughts out of your head and picked up the swords (as well as what was left of yours) and shields on Dark Link's bed, placing them carefully on the respective racks they belonged on.
You picked up the silver box of faerie dust and turned around to survey the room again.
Your heart thunders wildly in your chest as you speed down the hallway from the dining room, shoes clicking softly against the marble tile floors.
The sun was beginning to set, and spilt its vibrant red-orange hues into a once lifeless, gray hallway from through filthy windows, setting it alight with new spirit.
Hope.
Thoughts spun through your head like a hurricane, and your hands still trembled with the rush of adrenaline from prior events, the tray shaking in your hands as you struggled to keep its contents unspilled.
The sounds of the Stalfos’s performance still resonated within the hall, a cacophony of badly imitated groans and
I'm gonna think this whole story was an act ngl- (Link's just poking his head through a hole in the table, and a impressive amount of makeup and editing-)
